MONEY TIP
Make one day a week a no-spending day. You could always increase this and even try it for a month or longer. We managed it for 90 days.
O
OPPORTUNITY
I’ve been using Mindsera for a few months now. It’s “the world’s first AI-powered journal.” It has a feature called “Infinite Prompts” that can help you work through situations with AI coaching. You use it like a regular journal and it gives you a summary of your entries and ideas to help. It even generates an image that captures your journal entries.

MINIMALISM TIP
When it comes to decluttering, establish clear rules. Sometimes the most time-consuming part is deciding what to do with everything. Rules like “if I haven’t used it in 6 months, it goes” can work wonders.
E
ESSENTIAL READING
The Art of Possibility by Rosamund & Benjamin Zander is an eye-opening look into our habits and lifestyles. It dives into things like identity-based habits. The Audible version is well-read if you like audiobooks.
N
NOTION
Discuss opening and managing accounts with your kids. Explain the differences between checking, savings, CDs, and even brokerage accounts. If you don’t feel comfortable explaining some of them, head to YouTube for help.

TRAVEL TIP
Pay attention to your flight path when booking flights for a trip. One layover isn’t a huge deal if you have enough time to make it to your next destination. Remember, you may have to clear customs, and depending on your flight, you may even have to recheck bags. With our family, I try to make sure the layover is at least 3 hours, preferably 4 to reduce the stress of making the next flight. A non-stop flight is best, but keep the layovers to a minimum if you must have them.
S
SCRIPTURE
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9
Closing Question
What have you been giving too much of yourself to and what have you not been giving enough of yourself to?
